The Fantastical Story of The Fizz Kids

 We have actually been around for over six years. After our introduction in early 2015, to positive reviews by national industry blogs and by attendees at the numerous Comic-Con shows, we were approved for our trademark but with a one-month vetting period. That is when a large, international toy seller argued that our name conflicted with one of their lines and took us to court to drive us out of business. We disagreed and accepted the challenge.

After four long, expensive years the court agreed with the case that we presented and ruled that we could trademark the name and continue to market the Fizz Kids. Meanwhile, the patent on our packaging system was also granted. We now are proud to reintroduce the Fizz Kids and this unique packaging component to you. Check them out on these pages. Take a look at what is widely available now. Warriors, creatures, bizarre figures, square heads with different names. These figures can get lost in the look-alike market and can cause one to become a bit bored with collecting. Our characters are all different but fit together as a one-for-all gang, brought together by a magical transforming event. They are colorful and have defined personalities. They are maybe just a bit more believable than the other figures in the market because you just may even relate to some of their quirky personalities.      

A very important feature of the concept of the Fizz Kids is the patented packaging. Virtually all figures sold today come in flimsy cardboard and cellophane boxes or in plastic blister packs or flimsy bags. You might buy them in eggs or cans or some other containers intended simply to get the figure from them to you. But they do not contribute to the concept or stories of the figures and are rarely worthy of display themselves. If you want to maximize the figures' value as collectibles you must keep the containers. You can hide them, somewhere in case you ever want to sell or trade. Or the figure can be left inside the container in your display case. That makes viewing from every angle while on display almost impossible without removing the figure from the box and subject it to the elements.             

With the Fizz Kids, the packaging is an indispensable and integral part of the collectible. The can is the package but it has been designed to complement the figure inside, to be a real part of the collectible. This is actually a patented system of four pieces that enclose the figure in a sturdy container. The patented concept of the package is a clear plastic dome that fits snuggly into each can and contains the figure. It allows the figures to be clearly displayed, fully protected from dust, moisture, and finger oils as it is rotated to view from any angle and with the can in full view beside it. There is no need to hide away the Fizz Kid packaging. Remove the character, safely contained in its own dome,  for display and examination while protected from damage.
